Event Overview & Registration
The upcoming Groundbreak will be held November 20-21, 2024 in Denver, Colorado. Preconference activities will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. Visit our Pricing & Registration page for additional details.
We plan to host Groundbreak 2024 in person in Denver, Colorado, at the Colorado Convention Center, located at 700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202.
Tickets & Pricing
Please visit our Pricing & Registration page to review our pass options for this year’s conference. Note that prices do change leading up to the event — register early to secure the lowest available rates.
Yes, those who are employed by a government agency are eligible to receive a special discount. During the registration process, when prompted, select "yes" when asked if you are a government employee - this will automatically apply a discount.
Note: This discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Yes, you can purchase multiple passes to Groundbreak during the same transaction. Once you've completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email with unique codes/links to share with additional attendees on your ticket. Each attendee must register, even if tickets were purchased by a different individual.
Payment is required upon registration and must be made by credit card through our online registration form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due in United States Dollars (USD).
We cannot issue invoices or accept payments via purchase order, wire, ACH, or check.

One-day passes are not currently available. Please email groundbreak@procore.com with additional inquiries.
Group pricing will be available starting August 1, 2024. Pricing details will be posted on our Pricing & Registration page.
For the best pass price, we recommend registering within our early bird rate period.
Please note that the Group Pass pricing cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, including the Full Conference + Workshop Pass. Group Pass pricing cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
On the registration form, when asked if you have a promo code, respond "Yes" — a field will populate for you to enter the code shared with you, which will automatically apply a discount. Upon completing the registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation.
The Full Conference Pass includes access to the entire Groundbreak experience — all keynotes, all breakout sessions (pending capacity), the expo hall, networking receptions in the expo hall, meals listed on the agenda and the Groundbreak Bash (off-site). All session recordings captured at the event, with the exception of keynotes, will be shared with Full Conference Pass holders to access on-demand.

The Full Conference + Workshop passes include access to the entire Groundbreak experience plus one of the preconference Procore Workshop tracks held on November 19. Lunch will be provided on November 19. All session recordings captured at the event, with the exception of keynotes, will be shared with Full Conference + Workshop Pass holders to access on-demand.

If you are a student, you're eligible for a discounted Full Conference Pass. To register, select "Yes" when asked if you're a student on the registration form — you will automatically see a discounted rate. Student Passes allow for access to keynotes, breakout sessions, and the expo hall. Networking receptions and the Bash are not included.
Registration
Visit our Pricing & Registration page to view pass options. After you click "Register", complete the form and payment options as indicated.
During the registration process you will be prompted to generate an account and password. You must create an account to move forward with completing your registration. By logging into your account after you've registered, you'll be able to manage sessions, ticket changes and more.
If you need to reset your password, please follow this link and select, "Forgot password?". You'll be given instructions to find your original registration email and reset your password.
We offer a Groundbreak Bash guest pass, for an additional cost. This pass only includes access to the Groundbreak Bash held on November 21. Guests are not permitted to attend keynotes, breakout sessions, networking receptions, etc.
Cancellations and refunds will be permitted through November 1, 2024. Please email groundbreak@procore.com to cancel your ticket.

Hotel & Travel
Please view our Hotel & Travel page page for the list of hotels that we have contracted rooms with at a discounted rate. Note, all room blocks are managed by Groundbreak 2024's official hotel partner, 38 North Connections Inc. Beware of scams – we are not working with any other groups for accommodations. For any housing questions, please contact Reservations@38nc.com. 38 North Connections Inc. will never ask you to prepay for rooms or require a deposit payable to anyone other than your chosen hotel.

If you received a government employee discount to attend Groundbreak 2024, please use the hotel link included in your confirmation email to view available hotel room options. Please note, we have a limited number of government discount rooms available, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all of the available rooms have been reserved, you will be directed to the Hotel & Travel page to secure a room using the Groundbreak discount. If you registered for a preconference activity, like Procore Workshops held on November 19, we suggest traveling and arriving the evening of November 18.
If you are not participating in a preconference activity, but are planning to attend the entire conference, we suggest arriving the afternoon of November 19, to ensure you're able to check-in early. Keynotes and breakout sessions will begin the morning of November 20.
The Denver International Airport is the closest airport to Groundbreak 2024. The airport is located approximately 25 miles from the Colorado Convention Center.
With the exception of the Groundbreak Bash, which is held offsite, transportation services will not be provided at Groundbreak. Please visit the Denver International Airport website for transportation options such as a rideshare, taxi, public transport and more.

Procore will not sponsor visas for Groundbreak attendees. All attendees are responsible for obtaining any visas, sponsorships, or other required documentation.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of all Groundbreak participants is of utmost importance to Procore. We will be taking necessary precautions and abiding by all applicable local, state, and federal safety measures and requirements. See our Health & Safety page for additional details.
All Groundbreak participants are expected to follow reasonable and common safety practices when visiting a metropolitan center. Please reach out to groundbreak@procore.com for additional inquiries.

All keynotes and sessions will be presented in English. Translations will not be available.
The opening keynote and select breakout sessions will be recorded for on-demand access. All recorded sessions will be provided to in-person attendees after the event.
Preconference Procore Workshops
Procore Workshops are a full day of hands-on, in-the-app training. Those with a Full Conference + Workshops pass will have an opportunity to select up to 4 sessions of their choice to participate in a classroom-style training led by Procore experts.

Yes, you must register for Groundbreak to attend a Procore Workshop. We do not offer “Workshop only” passes.

Yes! You can watch 20+ on-demand sessions from the 2023 event here.
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend Groundbreak. You must be at least 21 years old to attend the Groundbreak Bash (offsite).

By attending Groundbreak, you are agreeing to abide by this Code of Conduct.
We expect all Groundbreak participants to be respectful, act professionally, and to interact and communicate in ways that are appropriate for a professional audience from diverse backgrounds. Procore will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant—including, but not limited to, uninvited or unwelcome physical contact or attention or insults, jokes, or content that is obscene or denigrates a person based on gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, national origin, religion, or political affiliation. Further, the use of fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content and/or engagement in illegal activity is prohibited.

The official language of the conference is English. All keynotes, breakout sessions, and product theater sessions in the Expo Hall will be presented in English.
