The builders involved in The Cliffs Preferred Builder Program have a vested interest in the program and work with The Cliffs’ Architectural Review Board to ensure each home meets our meticulous criteria in order to provide you with a beautiful, durable, expertly crafted home. The Cliffs’ Preferred Builders pay a shared marketing fee for each custom residence. The Cliffs Preferred Builders are not owned by The Cliffs or an affiliated entity.
